Our goal at Blends For Life is to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience and the quality of the products you purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 45 days of the purchase date.

To request a return, please email info@blendsforlife.com with:

  • Your order number (found in your Order Update email)

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns from U.S. locations.


Opened or Used Products

If your product has been opened or used and you are experiencing an issue, please contact us at info@blendsforlife.com with details. A member of our customer care team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution.

Due to the nature of pet supplements, opened products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@blendsforlife.com.


Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item
